I am a Master of Science in Biotechnology with a strong background in computational drug discovery and vaccine development. My expertise lies in leveraging bioinformatics and cheminformatics tools to design and evaluate therapeutic candidates, focusing on molecular interactions and predictive modeling. Core Skills: Computational Drug Design: Protein and ligand preparation, molecular docking, virtual screening, ADMET profiling, drug-likeness evaluation, and lead optimization. Molecular Dynamics (MD): Experience in trajectory analysis (RMSD, RMSF, hydrogen bonding, binding stability) and post-simulation free energy calculations (MM/PBSA). Computational Vaccine Development: Multi-epitope vaccine design, immunoinformatics, allergenicity and antigenicity prediction, population coverage analysis, and molecular docking with immune receptors (MHC/TLR). Bioinformatics Tools: GROMACS, AutoDock, SwissADME, ClusPro, IEDB suite, PyMOL, Chimera, Discovery Studio Visualizer, and online immunoinformatics platforms. Research Experience: Designed multi-epitope peptide vaccines against viral pathogens (Zika virus, Monkeypox virus) using reverse vaccinology and immunoinformatics pipelines. Explored natural phytochemicals and flavonoids as inhibitors against bacterial and mycobacterial targets through docking and ADMET profiling. Conducted pan-genome and subtractive proteomics studies for identifying novel drug and vaccine targets in multidrug-resistant bacteria. Performed MM/PBSA binding free energy calculations and decomposition analysis to evaluate ligand–protein interactions.
