My primary skill and experience are in the field of microbiology and molecular biology, especially in the analysis and engineering of microorganisms using molecular tools. I took my master's degree in Wageningen University, The Netherlands. My thesis project was in Systems and Synthetic Biology group, about the re-functioning of Pseudomonas putida succinate dehydrogenase A enzyme with rearranged protein domains using directed evolution. Then I also did a 4 month internship in the University of Copenhagen, about the interaction of a newly discovered salmonella bacteriophage and its host.
