I am an Academic and Legal Research Consultant with over twelve years of combined professional experience in the field of law, teaching, research and governance. I hold a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws in Business and Corporate Law. My work focuses on the areas of law, investment, regulatory frameworks, policy development and academic research. Throughout my career I have developed expertise in both practical legal work and academic research. This allows me to effectively bridge the gap between theory and practice. I have served in professional roles, including working as a lawyer in a private law firm supervising a donor-funded legal aid project and holding the position of Director of Legal Services in a government institution. Currently I serve as a Board Secretary in an institution, where I support corporate governance processes draft board resolutions and minutes ensure regulatory compliance and provide legal advisory services. I also have over eight years of experience teaching at the university level. During this time I have lectured, supervised student research and guided writing in the areas of business law, commercial law and legal research methodology. Research, Publications & Academic Contributions I have conducted research in the field of law and policy. I have published articles in international journals particularly in areas related to law and technology electronic commerce regulation, business organization and tax law. My research interests include commerce regulation, the digitalization of transport documents and tax law. In addition I have provided writing and research support to students from different countries.
