I am a researcher and practitioner with a PhD in Social and Behavioral Sciences and over a decade of cross-sector experience spanning academia, mental health innovation, and applied research. My work sits at the intersection of digital health, psychology, gender, and social policy — with a focus on culturally-grounded, evidence-based interventions in Southeast Asia and conflict-affected regions.
