As a researcher with a MSc in Biomedical Sciences and BSc in Biochemistry, I bring a strong scientific background to projects involving data modeling, analysis, and research strategy. I can help you with developing and refining computational models, and I can carefully review and edit your work for publication. I enjoy building models that combine chemical data, cell-based assays, developmental stages, and genetic variation to predict how a chemical might lead to disease or toxicity. My deeper goal is to describe and link the molecular pathways that drive these responses, showing how genetic variation influences vulnerability to chemical and environmental exposures. I am currently working on applying machine learning to kinetics and omics datasets to find biomarkers that signal early disease risk. This is all towards personalized risk assessment, safer chemical design, and better regulatory decisions.
