Junior Process Engineer with experience in the wine industry

プロフィール概要

I have a varied education portfolio, having completed a Bachelor's in biotechnology, with a focus on wine chemistry and microbiology in my Honours year. I then went on to complete a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering. My Masters thesis focused on valorising grapes once discarded after the wine making process. I developed an extraction process to retrieve polyphenols from the grape skins, increasing the value of the grapes. Part of this research was published in the Journal of Chemical and Engineering Data. I have fine tuned these skills in an internship on a wine farm where I learned more about the wine making process. Currently I am a Junior Engineer at a consulting company, focusing on process design. My current project is designing a distillation column for the distillation of wine. I think it is evident from my experience that I enjoy learning new things and expanding my field of understanding, making me a good candidate for your project.
