Dr. Rehman has a Ph.D. with a specialization in the Treatment planning of Radiotherapy for cancer treatment and quality assurance of different techniques of radiotherapy, environmental radiation and its health risk assessment, Material Science and biomaterial modeling, Environmental Engineering, biomaterial modeling, and its application for cancer treatment. He is currently working as an assistant professor and Head of the center of computational material research (CCMR) of Material Science and Nanotechnology of Khwaja Fareed University of engineering and information technology (KFUEIT), Rahim Yar Khan. He has published more than 50 papers on the topics of radiotherapy for cancer treatment, Health risk assessment of natural radioactivity, magnetic material, polymer composite, renewable energy, biomaterial synthesis, perovskites material simulation, biomaterial simulation, lithium-ion battery material simulation, and sensor technology simulation. He has delivered over 20 oral/invited talks to various national and international forums. He has completed many national and international funded research projects. He has been actively involved in community services and consultation to various international organizations for providing sustainable solutions for energy and health-related issues
