My research projects include: - research and pipeline development for single guide RNA score on-target score optimisation - pipeline development and execution of autosomal sequence analysis for inferring population genetics - abundance analysis and statistical modeling of microbiome 16s RNA data to uncover biomarkers (article in accepted in nature communications) - machine learning pipeline (based on XGBoost) for analysis of CNV/SNV data in response to drugs (PARP inhibitors, Immune Checkpoint Blockade drugs, etc.) - cancer evolution pipeline that fascilitates analysis of results from the REVOLVER software (https://github.com/caravagnalab/revolver) - dNdS analysis for mesothelial research cohorts - survival analysis for mesothelioma cohorts
