Research Scientist responsible for securing and managing materials-based research programs. I conduct basic and applied R&D to develop and commercialize new products and technologies related to polymers, advanced materials, and innovative processes. Current focus includes early-stage R&D (synthesis, formulation, optimization) of CASE (coatings, adhesives, sealants, and elastomers) materials as well as multi-functional materials for textiles, composites, corrosion protection, energy storage, sensors, and smart/responsive systems. I actively collaborate with government, academic, and industrial partners to develop new materials or to advance technologies. Received my PhD in Chemical Engineering with a focus on responsive polymers for inherently safe energy storage.
