I am a Materials Science & Engineering Ph.D. canddiate at the University of Colorado Boulder. My role in the Nagpal research group is to lead and design the synthesis of materials utilized for a wide-range of applications. From therapeutics, to catalysts, to batteries, to biological interfacing, I have successfully made over 100 unique, functional nanomaterials. Apart from design and synthesis, I have years of experience characterizing materials' physical, optical, and electronic properties, teaching students ranging from Kindergarteners to Undergraduates as well as the general public, and collaborating with lead researchers on and off-campus. My passion for science, spreading scientific knowledge, and research stems from the desire to create novel materials that push the evolution of our species and improve our standard of living.
