I am a Conservator Scientist with a PhD in Nuclear Technology, specialized in the interdisciplinary study of cultural heritage materials through analytical and materials characterization techniques. My work focuses on understanding material composition, degradation processes, and their historical and archaeological context in order to support conservation strategies and decision-making. I have extensive experience working with archaeological, historical, and museum collections, applying non invasive and non-destructive and complementary analytical techniques such as SEM-EDS, PIXE, XRD, NAA, and x rays and neutrons tomography. I have developed methodological approaches for analytical diagnosis that integrate perspectives from conservation, archaeology, and materials science. In addition to my research background, I provide scientific and academic writing services, including manuscript editing, abstract preparation, research proposals, and grant-related documents. I am experienced in translating complex scientific information into clear and academic English. I am particularly interested in collaborating on interdisciplinary research projects, materials analysis, and the preparation and improvement of scientific publications and funding applications.
