I am a Microbiologist by profession and passionate about research and science communication. My research interest lies in the field of Immunology and Infectious Disease. So far I have worked with understanding and exploring the basic immune response along with cell signaling and functional pathways during pathogenesis associated with the establishment and progression of infection taking leishmania and Mycobacteria as a model. Currently I am focusing the molecular and drug targets and improved way for drug delivery system to combat the growing incidence of drug resistance.
