I am a Principal Scientist with a PhD in Biomedical Science and five years of biopharma experience, most recently at Novartis in the Oncology Department. My expertise spans translational oncology and hematology/HSC biology, with hands-on experience in in vitro and in vivo study design, multiparameter flow cytometry, patient-derived sample work, and biomarker assay development across ddPCR, qPCR, NGS, and MSD/ELISA platforms. At Novartis, I contributed as a core team member, led CRO partnerships, authored GLP/GCLP-compliant SOPs, and mentored junior scientists. My research has been published in Nature and Disease Models & Mechanisms and presented at international conferences. I hold a GCLP certification and am a pending USPTO registrant.
