With over 25 years of experience in the research, design and management of gender-sensitive, child-friendly, equity-focused development programmes with UNICEF, I am currently a Senior Research Fellow (pro bono) with the University of Nigeria. I am also currently providing strategic oversight on the management of my private school, a rapidly growing K-12 (www.demouldacademy.com) Day/Boarding school in Enugu, Nigeria. My research interests revolve around child rights (social protection/child poverty/local governance), gender equality, and basic education. I have a couple of publications on child participation rights and child poverty.
