I am a Healthcare professional and Dentist with 5+ years of experience in patient-centered care and management. As a dentist, I have actively worked in Oral Medicine, Oral Surgery, Prosthodontics, and Oral Pathology. In my clinical experience, I have performed many challenging procedures like Root Canal Treatment, Composites, Dental Crown procedures, Pulpotomy, etc. I have assisted major surgeries like Full Mouth Rehabilitations, Dental Implant cases, and Periodontal Surgeries. I have led several campaigns in local communities and rural areas to raise awareness about public health since 2015. Some of these campaigns were: promotion of vaccinations and immunizations, cessation of smoking and tobacco use, maintenance of oral hygiene, etc. I have also organized free health check-up camps and mobile dental camps for underprivileged children, remote schools, orphanages, and daycares. In 2018, I worked with other volunteers to launch a Post-Surgical Rehabilitation Centre to assist indigent patients with physiotherapy and trauma relief. As a part of my experience as a volunteer at hospitals and camps, I also created and designed awareness materials and resources in English and local languages. I have a degree certificate in Writing in the Sciences from Stanford University. I learned the principles of effective and professional scientific academic writing, studied scientific manuscripts, and developed my peer-reviewing skills, grant writing, identifying ethical issues in scientific publications, and writing for general audiences.
