I am a PhD-trained biostatistician, data scientist, and biomedical researcher with more than 10 years of experience applying statistical modeling, data analytics, and experimental design to complex biological, clinical, and healthcare datasets. My research has specifically focused on decoding fat-to-brain communication and its molecular impact on metabolism, physiology, and behavior. By bridging computational analysis with translational biomedical research, I help clients transform raw data and broad research questions into actionable scientific insights, publication-ready results, and fundable research strategies. I currently serve as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, where I lead all aspects of project design and implementation for computational and statistical analysis projects focused on genomics, metabolism, extracellular signaling, and gene regulation. My work involves large-scale genomic sequencing datasets, longitudinal biological studies, predictive modeling, multivariate statistical analysis, and development of automated analysis pipelines in R, Python, and SQL. I have extensive experience translating highly complex datasets into clear visualizations, reports, and scientific conclusions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
