Biologist specializing in diverse research areas for the development and study of targeted small-molecule agents for cancer diagnosis and treatment. My PhD research addresses critical limitations of conventional chemotherapeutics by developing novel amino acetamide-based ligands targeting the prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) receptor, conjugating radioactive isotope 99mTc for in vivo diagnostic applications and exploring receptor–ligand interactions. Additionally, I have designed and synthesized third-generation tubulin inhibitors via an efficient solid-phase peptide synthesis approach. These inhibitors demonstrated significant cytotoxic activity across various human cancer cell lines, and the lead candidates showed cytotoxicity in the complex 3D tumour model.
