I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at North-West University, South Africa, with 8+ years of experience in environmental microbiology, microbial ecology, and bioinformatics. I help researchers, institutions, and industry clients analyze complex microbial datasets, interpret results, and translate findings into actionable scientific insights. My expertise spans the full bioinformatics workflow, from raw amplicon sequencing data processing to diversity analysis, statistical interpretation, and publication-ready visualisation, using tools including QIIME2, DADA2, R (phyloseq, vegan, ggplot2 etc). Beyond bioinformatics, I bring applied research experience in biogas microbiology, bioremediation, plant-microbe interactions, and biofertilizer development, making me well-positioned to support both data-heavy and conceptual scientific projects.
