🙋🏻‍♀️ As co-founder of Felome, I have honed my skills in startup operations, cross-functional collaboration and transformation of innovative projects from concept to execution. I thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments where I can bring analytical problem-solving alongside operational efficiency and strategic thinking. 🚀 I'm an American currently living and working in France. I left academia to launch a biotech start-up in consumer-based genetic testing for animals. I've participated to both incubator and accelerator programs to evaluate and pilot our business development, commercialisation, financing and communication strategies. 🧬 I've spent more than 15 years in academia where I specialised in molecular genetics, developmental biology and high-parameter flow cytometry. I worked at some of the top institutions in the USA (NYU School of Medicine, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Institute) and France (Institut Pasteur). 💪 I completed our proof-of-concept in less than 6 months and launched our first commercial product one year later. My strengths include problem solving, quality management, risk assessment and operating on a budget. 👉 For early stage startups, I can offer coaching or consultation on a broad range of strategies and business objectives.
