I merge my love for writing and research along with my medical experience to deliver written medical content for target audiences. From blogs with keyword research for SEO, social media posts or educational material for patients and consumers, to editorials, articles, case reports and literature reviews in journal publications, for healthcare professionals, I aim to cater to a range of target audiences. Training and Experience: I have over a decade of experience as as Clinical Pathologist in an urban, tertiary care hospital in Mumbai India. With an avid interest in laboratory management, I pursued an MBA in Healthcare Services, then venturing into quality assurance and service improvement in the laboratory, as well as in the hospital. I am a Certified Internal Auditor for NABL ISO 15189:2012, with certifications in Laboratory Quality Management Systems (MIOT, Chennai & W.H.O) and Good Clinical Laboratory Practices (KEM Hospital, Mumbai). ​I have experience with the laboratory’s role in maintaining NABH standards in a tertiary care hospital,with interdepartmental coordination in quality improvement projects and I also serve as the Junior Editor for the Bhatia Hospital Laboratory E-Newsletter. I have national, international publications, paper and poster presentations in my areas of interest.
