I am a Quality Assurance Specialist who has recently obtained a Master’s Degree in Public Health. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, I am responsible for performing research on regulations and requirements that are applicable to this company. This often involves spending hours poring over CalOSHA, Air Force Instructions and Company policies in order to determine that our employees are performing best practices in their work centers. While obtaining both a Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Public Health, I have spent years effectively researching many numerous essay questions posed to me by instructors. In most cases, the research I obtained revolved around communicable diseases, health policy, and nutrition to name a few. My final thesis project for my Master’s Degree was about the incidence of prenatal vaccinations in pregnant women in my county of residence. This project included gathering raw data, statistical analysis and performing research on pertussis outbreaks in California. My final research paper for my Bachelor’s Degree was a take on the policies and attitudes that led to the HIV epidemic of the 1980’s. This paper had me researching policy and history in order to create it. Both papers received positive marks. I am efficient and excel at time management when it comes to performing research. I can research and write numerous different types of papers in a constrained time limit. Even more, I enjoy the task of researching projects and look forward to completing many project here.
