A scientist specialized in Neuroscience and Neuroimmunology, I hold a PhD in Neuroscience, where I worked on in vitro models of human pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs) differentiated into astrocytes in the context of neuroinflammation related to Alzheimer's disease. I have also developed expertise in genome editing using the CRISPR-Cas9 technique (generation of KO and KI clones for APOE). During my postdoctoral mission, I further strengthened my in vivo expertise by working with mouse models, contributing to research that demonstrated the crucial role of meningeal macrophages in neurodevelopment. Throughout this experience, I co-authored scientific articles and reviews and successfully led my own research projects. Passionate about science, literature, and science communication, I am now working as an R&D Project Manager where I also developed expertise in Business Development. I can assist you with various projects, including: -writing and reviewing scientific or medical manuscripts, -grant writing and/or support, -creation of visual materials (presentations, slides), -designing and writing research protocols, -bibliographic research, -scientific illustration, -scientific marketing. Scientifique spécialisée en neurosciences et neuro-immunologie, je suis titulaire d’un doctorat en neurosciences durant lequel j’ai travaillé sur des modèles in vitro de cellules souches pluripotentes humaines (hiPSCs), différenciées en astrocytes, dans le cadre de l’étude de la neuroinflammation liée à la maladie d'Alzheimer. J’ai également développé une expertise en édition du génome via la technique CRISPR-Cas9 (génération de clones KO et KI pour l'APOE). Mon expérience postdoctorale m’a permis de renforcer mon expertise in vivo en utilisant des modèles murins. J’ai notamment contribué à démontrer que les macrophages des méninges jouent un rôle crucial dans le neurodéveloppement. Au cours de ces expériences, j’ai participé à la rédaction d’articles scientifiques et de revues, tout en menant à bien mes propres projets de recherche. Passionnée par la science, la littérature et la vulgarisation scientifique, je me consacre désormais à la gestion de projets R&D. Je peux vous accompagner sur de nombreux types de projets, notamment : -l’écriture et la révision de manuscrits scientifiques ou médicaux, -la rédaction et/ou le soutien pour des demandes de bourse, -la création de supports visuels (présentations, diaporamas), -la conception et la rédaction de protocoles de recherche, -la réalisation de bibliographies, -l'illustration scientifique, -le marketing scientifique. Mes domaines d’expertise incluent : neurosciences, neurodéveloppement, maladies neurodégénératives, biologie moléculaire et cellulaire, et immunologie.
