PhD in Bioinformatics. Currently, I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at the National Laboratory of Scientific Computing (LNCC), Brazil. My work focuses on the integration of meta’omics data for bridging microbial ecology, microbial processes, and ecosystem functioning. I have experience in the use of the Unix/Shell and programming languages, as such R (Proficiency) and Python (Intermediate). I also have experience with state-of-art software (e.g., Megahit, Metabat2, Maxbin2, Anvi’o, etc).
