I am a Ph.D. in Political Science with extensive university-level teaching and research experience specializing in ethnicity, identity politics, repression, and human rights. My academic work focuses on how ethnic divisions, political institutions, and state power shape patterns of conflict, democratic stability, and human rights compliance across comparative contexts. At the university level, I have taught courses in Comparative Politics, International Relations, Repression & Human Rights, and Political Institutions. My teaching emphasizes rigorous analytical writing, theoretical application, and evidence-based argumentation. I train students to engage critically with major scholarly debates, including constructivist and primordial approaches to ethnicity, democratic backsliding, authoritarian resilience, and the institutional protection of minority rights. My research examines the political construction of ethnic identity, the relationship between state institutions and minority inclusion or exclusion, and the conditions under which regimes respect or violate human rights. I remain actively engaged in scholarly research and have published peer-reviewed work in academic journals. My methodological approach integrates comparative institutional analysis, political theory, and empirical research design.
