I build and run bioinformatics pipelines for genomics and transcriptomics in general, including: - Quality control and trimming (fastp, FastQC, MultiQC) - Reference-based alignment (BWA-MEM, STAR) - Variant calling and filtering (GATK, BCFtools, VCFtools) - Population genetics and phylogenetics (TASSEL, adegenet, DAPC) - Workflow automation (Nextflow DSL2, Conda/Mamba) - Data conversion and formatting (R, Python) My work is reproducible, version-controlled (Git/GitHub), and documented in English. I have experience working with both NGS sequencing data and SNP microarray data (Axiom 26K), and integrating both platforms. Available for freelance projects including pipeline setup, NGS and RNA-seq data analysis, variant calling, population structure analysis, and bioinformatics consulting
