I'm a data scientist with a PhD in cognitive psychology, 5+ years of experience teaching statistics to undergraduate students, and 10+ years of experience in experimental design, statistical modelling, and behavioural research. I currently work in industry applying these methods to large-scale product and user experimentation, and maintain an active research portfolio spanning psychology, education, and AI. My core skills include mixed-effects and multilevel modelling (frequentist and Bayesian), computational modelling for social science (e.g. drift diffusion modelling), RCT design and analysis, psychometric scale development and factor reduction, survey research, causal inference, and data visualisation. I work primarily in R (advanced skills) and Python, and have published over 10 peer-reviewed papers applying these methods across cognitive, social, and behavioural domains. I have collaborated with researchers at the Max Planck Institute, Google DeepMind, and Harvard. I'm a good fit for clients who need rigorous statistical thinking, not just someone to run a script, particularly where study design, model selection, or result interpretation requires real expertise.
