My background is in technical physics and computational data processing, and my passion has always been to implement complex algorithms in software. If you find yourself with a challenge that has never been successfully tackled before, I would love to hear about it. We will find a solution together. I have worked both in industry and academia for over 27 years, designing and implementing software in various areas, including speech recognition, natural language processing, sound and image processing, object recognition, anomaly detection, whole genome assembly, genetic population analysis, data classification, monitoring and surveillance, interpreting EEG data, and processing and scheduling optimization.
