- Due to recently finishing succesfully a MSc in Bioinformatics and Biostatistics I feel prepared to start contributing in this field with my skills. - I am proficient with R and Rmarkdown, being capable of analysing and cleaning data, and making a readable and eficient report to extract significant data. Also I can automatize analyses creating R apps with ShinyR. -I have knowledge and still improving in Machine learning (using both R and python) and SQL. - I have knowledge of Python programming, being capable of creating scripts or cleaning and wrangling data. - I have used several databases to help me during my analyses, like Rasmol, RefSeq, Pantherdb, Ensembl, UCSC, GEO, PDB, Uniprot and NCBI. - I have a solid core in Biology, being capable of understanding almost any type of biological data to help me understand hypotheses, make significant analyses and obtain (and present) understandable results. - For more info about my coding skills check my github account (MarcBanuls)
