Hello! My name is Dr Maria and I am a Dietitian. I hold a Ph.D. in Nutrition Science and a Master in Pediatric Science from a leading university in Brazil (Federal University of São Paulo - UNIFESP/EPM). I have been working on all aspects of the Clinical Research process since 2005 as a principal investigator, post-graduate supervisor, co-supervisor and/or co-author. I have authored 12 scientific manuscripts and 3 international chapters, and I am an invited peer-reviewer for some scientific journals such as the 'International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health' (IJERPH). Besides, I’m a dietitian with 17 years of clinical experience and I have a deep knowledge and master in clinical nutrition fields, working on topics related to obesity, sleep disorders, depression, anxiety, gut hormones, insulin resistance, post-menopause, and chronic kidney disease. I can provide help with experiment and study design, manuscript writing, editing, and reviews.
