I am a passionate research scientist with 15+ years of international experience in the fields of microalgae eco-physiology, biotechnology, systems biology, trait-based ecology, and algal biotechnology. My expertise includes project design, management and coordination, data analysis and interpretation, and the development and implementation of research tools and products in industry and academia. I also have experience in science events organization, policy making, report writing and funding applications. As a scientist I am driven by developing the Bioeconomy using the microalgae biotechnology as a platform. My colleagues would describe me as an enthusiastic, self-motivated, hard-working and highly-organized individual with a proactive attitude and adept at multitasking. Able of work independently, I am also a supportive collaborator in team working with experience in carrying out partnered projects.
