I have a Bachelor degree in Food Science and Technology and PhD in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Buenos Aires. Highlights of my background include • Formulating new lines of products in multinational companies in Argentina and helping to launch food products across various food areas including cereals, baked goods, sauces, vegetable milks, gluten and sugar free products, frozen foods. I am currently working as a free lance for a company called Green&Co in the development of a new line of vegetable jams and low carb bakery products, all gluten free • Demonstrating an exhaustive knowledge of food chemistry, nutrition and dietary requirements, food safety protocol, food regulatory affairs, and general food sciences while excelling within team-oriented environments. • Development & Maintenance of HACCP based food safety systems. • Leading projects throughout their full life cycles, overseeing teams and logistics as well as serving as a contributing team member on non-lead projects; utilizing organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills to drive projects and teams to peak results.I am currently leading the Quality and Development Team of 3 small companies in Argentina: Green&Co, Tecnología Alimentaria Rioplatense, Establecimiento Fideero Berazatagui. Each team has 2-3 people that work full time in these companies • Post graduate Professor at Universidad del Salvador (USAL), Argentina. I currently teach the subject Food Industry Processes and Operations in the post gradute programme of Nutrition and Food Production.
