I am an experienced molecular biologist holding a Master degree in Functional Genomics and Oncology and a PhD in Molecular Biology and Oncology. Over the last 9 years, I have gained expertise through laboratory work, data analysis, experimental design and planning, literature monitoring in fundamental as well as translational research. I have skills writing manuscripts, reviews, translation (French <-> English), grant applications but also posters or presentations for meetings. If you are looking for more specific expertise, I have conducted several scientific projects using Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) technologies on various fields: epigenetics (DNA methylation analysis by RRBS, MBDseq), transcriptional regulation (RNAseq), cancer (profiling of hepatocellular carcinoma, sarcoma).
