I am dedicated to working in the Department of Genetic Counseling for Hereditary Cancer. In addition to laboratory work, which includes next-generation sequencing technology, sample collection, data analysis, and research into the genetic basis of hereditary cancer syndromes, I am also involved in daily interactions and communication with patients. I am trained in genomic data interpretation, variant annotation, and genetic counseling. Additionally, working in the laboratory I obtained new knowledge in different areas of molecular oncology and the most common were cancer immunology, molecular biology of cancer cell, and cytotoxicity. Through my laboratory work, I utilized multiple techniques including Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Fluorescent microscopy, Cell cultures, PCR, RNA/DNA isolation, qPCR, and introduced new methods in the field of cancer research using 3D tumor models. Accuracy and precision are also my prominent features that ensure that I complete my tasks with as few misses as possible.
