I am a PhD-level researcher in Food Technology with extensive experience in biomaterials and biopolymer-based systems. My research focuses on the design, fabrication, and characterization of bio-based materials, including electrospinning fibers, aerogels, and polymer networks. I have hands-on laboratory experience with a range of analytical and physicochemical techniques, including spectroscopy, chromatography, and structural characterization of complex biological materials. My work emphasizes understanding structure–property relationships in biomaterials and developing functional materials for biomedical and food-related applications. I have contributed to peer-reviewed publications in high-impact journals and have experience in independent research, experimental design, data analysis, and scientific communication.
