Experiences and Accomplishments: -designed and modeled roughness patterned surface to achieve antibacterial or antifouling surface (2019). -Developing many new formulations depends on the customer interest and availability of our materials. for example substitute filler, and pigments in a more efficient way and cost. I did some experience in reverse engineering. I have research and proposals for recycling polyolefins and fatty acid derivatives too. -Research new formulations, for example, I formulate SBS compounds for ring seal, sloe shoes, cling masterbatch, Grafting maleic anhydride, Antibacterial masterbatch/ additives, filler (talc and caco3), color matching, and micropellet PP for foam process. -Solve production line problems, and provide solutions For customer dissatisfaction in compounding quality. I should find solutions for customer issues due to our products. for example in the home-appliance compound, there were many points. -write instructor, criteria for benchmark products in our industry. even though there are some standards for some special products, I should prepare and define a technical datasheet for our ability and customers group. -quality assurance, in the manufacturing industry, process conditions come open in quality. so I should inspect each possible parameter. I have worked in the troubleshooting section of the production line of the twin-extruder. I expert in excel and worked with Matlab and python. I know and worked a lot with OIT, MFI, Tensil, Izod, Ash content and the most characterize tools. During my academic day, I test with SEM, AFM, ...
