I hold a Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) degree with a CGPA of 3.96/4.00 from Khulna University. My expertise spans formulation development, technology transfer, process optimization, scale-up, process validation, stability studies, and product commercialization, with a primary focus on oral solid dosage forms. Throughout my career, I have successfully developed and commercialized more than 20 generic pharmaceutical products and executed technology transfer for over 30 products from laboratory scale to commercial manufacturing under cGMP-compliant conditions. In addition to industrial R&D, I have authored multiple scientific publications and possess strong technical writing skills.
