I am a PhD-trained public administration scholar and current Visiting Assistant Professor at Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi with over 12 years of experience in academic research, teaching, and advanced data analysis. My work focuses on behavioral public management, governance, equity in public service delivery, and global public opinion. I specialize in supporting clients with end-to-end research projects, including dissertation and thesis development, research design, data analysis, and academic writing. I have extensive experience working with large-scale survey datasets (e.g., World Values Survey), experimental and quasi-experimental designs (DID, IV, conjoint experiments), and both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. My technical expertise includes R, STATA, SPSS, Python, NVivo, and advanced Excel. I have conducted longitudinal panel data analysis, causal inference modeling, survey experiments, and mixed-methods research. I also provide guidance on SEM frameworks, instrumental variable strategies, and publication-ready statistical reporting. I have published multiple peer-reviewed journal articles in leading outlets such as Asia Pacific Journal of Public Administration, Democratization, Local Government Studies, and International Journal of Public Administration.
