I am a cognitive neuroscientist and psychologist. I am also a neurofreelancer, neuroartist, and neurocryptography enthusiast. Currently, I research the topics of relations between language and thought as well as consciousness disorders in the Monti Lab at UCLA. Previously, I explored neurocognitive aging and language in the Diaz Lab at BIAC/Duke as well as the tip of the tongue state in the Burke Lab at Pomona College. I have expertise in these techniques: - behavioral/cognitive testing - diffusion imaging (DTI) - experimental design / causal reasoning - functional MRI (fMRI; acquisition, task and resting) - structural MRI (sMRI; acquisition, cortical analysis) - transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS, TBS) I have expertise in these statistics: - Bayesian model testing - factor analysis / pca - general linear modeling (GLM) - linear mixed effects (LME) - mediation / moderation - path analysis - regression I have expertise in these scripts and programs: - bash/linux - BrainSuite - DSI Studio - Excel/Word/PPT - JAMOVI - JASP - Mango - MATLAB - MRIcro/GL - Python - PsychoPy - R - SAS - SPSS
