I have spent over 15 years working in the technology and research sector, leveraging my expansive skillset in business strategy, project management, optical design, systems engineering, and biomedical engineering, to name a few. My career began with a decade-long tenure at industry-leading corporations like Samsung and Zeiss SMT, where I honed my technical and management abilities as an engineer and optical engineer. I subsequently expanded my proficiency in the IVF microscopy field, serving as an R&D Manager for five years. Since 2019, I have been channeling my entrepreneurial spirit into my startup, where I hold the CTO position. This venture is dedicated to the digitalization of research labs, marking four successful years at the forefront of innovation. I am fluent in German and English, and my versatility extends beyond languages and into management, technical, and soft skills.
