I am a lecturer in robotics, specialising in autonomous inspection, maintenance, and assembly systems for complex infrastructure. My work bridges advanced robotics modelling, sensor fusion, computer vision, and data analysis to deliver intelligent, real‑world automation solutions. With a PhD degree from Cranfield University, previous research at Queen’s University Belfast and current research at Kingston University, I have led projects developing mobile manipulators for railway inspection and repair, integrating multi‑sensor frameworks, and designing vision‑based strategies for precision assembly. My expertise spans YOLOv8‑based object detection, synthetic dataset generation, localisation/navigation frameworks, and basic statistical and exploratory data analysis to support decision‑making and performance evaluation. I have authored multiple peer‑reviewed journal articles and conference papers, including in Computers in Industry and Applied Sciences, and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams across academia and industry.
