Overall workings for one product development starting from literature review to commercial launching of products. Try to resolve all troubleshooting during development. Maintaining relationships with different vendors of raw materials suppliers and interactions for new raw materials profile. Totally handled different projects for emulsion based, gel based, solution based products like moisturizing cream, skin lightening cream, skin glow serums, skin protect gel, skin repair gel, moisturizing lotions, skin face wash, under eye serum, hair serums, hair oils. shampoos, conditioner. Body care shower gel.Having very good command on all type of sunscreen range like sunscreen lotion, sunscreen gel with global regulation requirements to achieve spf, water resistance, uv broad spectrum range with dry touch effect. Several studies for in vivo in vitro and ex vivo trails. can ready to work on challenges for development.
