Formerly a PI to multiple academic studies, there is a very little I cannot help you with, and a whole lot that I can. I CAN DO THESE - Statistical data analysis (hypothesis driven) - Data analytics (data mining, data science, and non-traditional approaches) - Molecular/Analytical/Field protocol and method comparison - Permit/Grant applications and acquisition - Writing/Editing manuscripts, literature reviews, grant proposals, reports, and other documents - Foundational research and literature review - Study design and redesign I HAVE DONE THESE I'm a biological scientist by training, with a specialty in the analysis of large genomic data sets. For my own research, I have had to utilize hodge podge of tools, across the years. These include operating system specific applications, web hosted platforms, high throughput computing systems, including super computing hosted platforms, statistical packages, statistical languages, as well as some Ruby, Python, and R. Please note: I am not a coder. While I can code, and can sit down and write code, I'm a scientific investigator, not a coder. I science hard, not code hard. There is a difference.
