My major experience and skills include bioinformatics, machine learning, data science, and cancer biology . I am familiar and expert with many computational (bioinformatics) methods. Some of them are bioinformatics analysis on next generation sequencing data analysis (RNA-seq and DNA-seq), microarray analysis/ GSEA, array comparative genomic hybridization (array-CGH), and machine learning in biological sciences (especially cancers). Moreover, I worked and experienced various molecular techniques such as PCR, RT-PCR, Real Time PCR, cell culture, Western-blotting, 2-dimensional electrophoresis (2-DE). Furthermore, I have a strong background in epidemiology and statistics.
