    - Proven track record of managing scientists and technicians to support and lead a variety of projects in a matrix organization.
    - Experience in building R&D departments and establishing in vitro and in vivo assays.
    - Strong skills in target selection, validation, and identification of innovative ideas.
    - Experience in project proposal, planning, budgeting, and execution of cellular based assays.
    - Experience in internal and external collaborations, generation of preclinical data package, and protocols and SOP implementation.

Previous and ongoing research projects:
    - Led the successful project showing that mRNA platform is a competitive vaccine platform to induce long term virus specific memory CD4 & CD8 T cells against Rabies and Influenza 
      viruses in non-human primates (NHP).
    - Showed that CV8102 i.t. delivery is a promising approach for local cancer immunotherapy in combination with CPIs.
    - Led two ambitious innovative projects: the first one focused on universal vaccines in IO and the second project on the development of mRNA formulations for tumor or organ 
     targeting.
    - Brought a new target into the Hookipa portfolio, the new HB-700 program targeting KRAS-mutated colorectal, pancreatic, and lung cancers.
    - Led the early drug discovery team to support IO projects going from target identification and validation to developmental research.

Education and training:
    - PhD in Immunology from the University of Paris Descartes.
    - Postdoctoral research at the CIML Institute in France.
