I am interested in T-cell signal transduction mechanism of inflammation and its relation with autoimmune and inflammatory diseases as well as cancer. After identification of the pathway, I would like to target those pathways to control inflammation from T cells to better treat the diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis and inflammatory cancer like pancreatic cancer, breast cancer etc.
