As Head of Research at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, I lead a multidisciplinary enterprise conducting early-phase and interventional trials across diverse therapeutic areas, including first-in-human studies. My experience spans 100+ studies with global sponsors, CROs, and regulators, integrating operational excellence with innovation in AI, data science, and digital trial infrastructure. Previously, I served as Medical Director of Patient Recruitment at CVS Health’s Clinical Trial Services, where I led national recruitment strategy and scientific protocol review for 40+ multicenter studies. Earlier, I directed a national NIH-funded research network supporting translational programs across 15 academic centers.
