Modern biomedical research generates enormous volumes of data but data alone does not create progress. Insight, structure, and strategy do. That is where I come in. Some reach out early months before a major milestone wanting a strategic partner to design a rigorous, AI-augmented biomarker and target discovery roadmap aligned with their scientific and business goals. Others come when complexity has started to slow progress data is fragmented, analyses are inconsistent, insights are unclear, and decision-making lacks confidence.
