I am a PhD researcher in Environmental Engineering at Kathmandu University, Nepal, with a strong academic and professional focus on sustainability science, life cycle assessment (LCA), waste valorization, and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions assessment. My research explores the technical and environmental impacts of household biogas systems, circular bioeconomy pathways, and the decarbonization potential of bioresources in developing country contexts. I apply tools like SimaPro and OpenLCA to evaluate cradle-to-grave environmental impacts and have contributed to peer-reviewed publications and international conferences. I am also involved in capacity building through teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in heat transfer, environmental engineering, and sustainable systems. My work aims to bridge science, policy, and practice in support of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
