I hold a PhD in Physical Sciences, with 6+ years of experience data mining, analysis, visualisation, and interpretation. I have also contributed to over ten peer reviewed publications that are all data driven and have presented these results at international conferences. My research in terrestrial and exoplanet formation/evolution requires utilising data from the fields of astronomy, geology, chemistry, and materials science. This means I have experience working with a wide-range of, inter-disciplinary, data sets that I have collated together for scientific and non-scientific audiences. My research focuses on designing and performing experiments, analysing samples, inputting data into models I have written and including any literature data, analysing and interpreting results. I am a detail orientated, dependable, independently motivated individual with experience working with a range of highly specialised and conventional computer programs, including MatLab, Python, R, C++, ArcGIS, as well as, being an expert user of the Microsoft Office package. Alongside my experience writing scientific peer reviewed articles, I have guest edited a scientific journal, and aided non-native English speakers in preparing their manuscripts for publication. I also have experience writing grant applications and proof reading documents
