1. My research interest are vaccine immunology, microbiology and virology. I did PhD in Microbiology with the topic entitled ‘Evaluation of the role of Mycobacterium w (Mw) adjuvant in modulating immune response to the recombinant antigens of H5N1 influenza virus’. During this project, I studied the mechanism of Mw adjuvant and its role in providing protection in mouse model in comparison to alum adjuvant as a control. 2. I have worked extensively on cloning, expression and purification of recombinant proteins, cell culture, flow cytometry and animal experimentation including immunization via different routes, bleeding, virus inoculation and organ collection in biosafety laboratory settings. I have attended training sessions for working in High Containment Biosafety Laboratory. 3. Currently I am working as an Assistant Manager in a vaccine manufacturing company.
